Cancellation Policy
- Cancelling Your Booking
If you cancel a confirmed booking, charges apply based on how close to your travel date the cancellation is made:
- 30 days or more before travel: 10% of the total package cost
- 15–29 days before travel: 30% of the total package cost
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of the total package cost (no refund)
These are our standard charges. Some hotels, transporters, or local partners apply their own stricter cancellation terms, and those will apply on top of ours where relevant.
- If We Have to Cancel Your Trip
On rare occasions we may need to cancel a booking — for example, because of a natural disaster, a government restriction, or a genuine safety concern. When that happens, you can choose between:
- A full refund, or
- Rescheduling to a later date, space permitting
- Bookings We Can’t Refund
The following are non-refundable, regardless of when you cancel:
- No-shows
- Leaving a trip early, once it’s underway
- Promotional, discounted, or peak-season packages marked non-refundable at the time of booking
- Any service in your itinerary that goes unused
- Changing a Booking Instead of Cancelling
Date changes and itinerary tweaks are possible but not guaranteed — they depend on availability and may come with extra charges. Send us change requests as early as you can.
- Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We can’t offer a refund for disruptions caused by things outside our control — weather, road or pass closures, civil unrest, natural disasters, and similar events. That said, we’ll always try to help you reschedule where we can.
- How to Cancel
Please cancel in writing, by email or WhatsApp, so there’s a clear record for both sides. A phone call alone won’t be treated as a final cancellation — please follow it up in writing.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Whatever version is live on our website at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
