Cancellation Policy
We want refunds with Elizabeth Holidays to be predictable, not a source of stress. Here’s exactly how and when they work.
1. Refunds When You Cancel
How much you get back depends on how far ahead of your travel date you let us know:
- 30 days or more before travel: 90% refund (10% retained as a service charge)
- 15–29 days before travel: 70% refund
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
Hotels, transport operators, and other partners may apply their own refund terms, which can affect your final amount.
2. Refunds When We Cancel
If we have to call off your trip — because of a natural calamity, an official restriction, or a genuine safety issue — you’ll have the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a future date, subject to availability.
3. What We Can’t Refund
- No-shows or cutting a trip short partway through
- Services already built into your itinerary but not used — meals, sightseeing, hotel nights, transport, and the like
- Promotional or special packages marked non-refundable at the time of booking
4. How Refunds Are Paid Out
Once a refund is approved, we process it within 7–10 working days and send it back to the original payment method you used. Any fees your bank or payment gateway deducts along the way aren’t something we’re able to cover.
5. Ending a Trip Early
If you decide to end your trip early for personal reasons, we won’t be able to refund the services you didn’t end up using.
6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Delays or cancellations caused by weather, road closures, political disturbances, natural disasters, or new government rules don’t qualify for a refund — though we’ll do what we can to help you reschedule.
7. If Something Looks Wrong
Reach out within 7 days of your trip ending, or of your cancellation, and we’ll look into it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy periodically. The version published on our website is the one that applies to your booking.
